The Credit Union's Audio Response system is an easy-to-use, menu-driven service that gives you 24-hour access to your Credit Union account(s) through a touch-tone telephone.
With Audio Response, you can make confidential transactions and inquiries whenever it's convenient:
- Inquiries for Balances, Last Transactions, Cleared Checks and Interest/Dividend information
- Transfers for Loan Payments, BFSFCU Credit Card Payments, and Savings Deposits
- Transfers to other Credit Union members
- Line-of-Credit/Reserve Advances
- Withdrawals
To use Audio Response telephone banking, simply call (202) 212-6420 or 1-800-799-1555 U.S. toll-free (international toll-free lines are also available), press [1], and be ready to enter your:
- Member (account) Number
- The first two letters of your last name
- Your individual password.
Then simply follow the voice prompts (the voice prompts may be skipped when you become more familiar with the system).
