We are happy to report that the temporary processor outage has now been resolved.
Members might have experienced difficulty using their debit cards over the past weekend. This was due to our processor performing a system upgrade that resulted in denials on many debit card and ATM transactions. This was a widespread problem affecting other financial institutions as well.
We appreciate your patience during this time. |
