Our Fraud Plus Program* offers a bundle of several valuable benefits, including:
- Debix Fraud Alerts – Debix stops identity theft before it happens. The core technology stops impersonation – the root problem underlying all forms of identity theft. Debix puts fraud alerts on account-holders’ line of credit to make sure thieves and fraudsters cannot open lines of credit in their name. The entire service is automated and completely user-friendly.
- Card Patrol - Identity thieves are getting smarter and they care about two things: stealing personal information and selling it to make money. Our sophisticated, real-time early warning technology monitors various chat rooms across cyberspace for members’ exposed credit and debit card numbers. This proactive monitoring service is designed to help prevent against identity theft and fraud before it occurs.
- Credit Alert - With 24-hour, daily credit monitoring, members are alerted automatically of certain negative changes to their credit helping to minimize potential damage. If there are no changes to members’ credit, they’ll even receive a quarterly notification letting them know that nothing has changed.
- $10,000 of Identity Theft Insurance - Members will receive up to $10,000 in financial relief for qualified expenses along with Fraud Assistance, a comprehensive service designed to help with the hassle of clearing their good name.
- Payment Card Protection - Members are covered for verified, unauthorized charges to their registered credit or debit cards. With this service, members’ cards are cancelled within 24 hours of notice. Call toll-free, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
