Because Shared Branch services are made possible through a cooperative effort, the policies at Shared Branches differ from those at BFSFCU.
Account Access Policies
- You must have knowledge of account number before approaching teller windows
- You must posess a state-issued picture identification or driver's license. Passports or work IDs are not accepted.
- Identification is required on all payee endorsements on checks, unless payees are joint on the account
Limitations on Account Access
- A cash limit of $750 per member, per day, subject to cash availability & computer access to BFSFCU
- Holds may be placed on non-cash deposits
- You must complete a deposit/withdrawal slip before approaching teller windows
- You cannot request stop payments on checks/drafts at Shared Branch locations
