Our Express Branch and Lending Center at 1725 I Street are open to serve you in person from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Appointments are required and can be scheduled online. All other branch lobbies remain temporarily closed until further notice.

Personal Financial Software

Personal financial software is a great way to manage your finances.

If you are a user of Intuit's Quicken personal financial software, you will need to ensure that your Quicken settings are set appropriately to interface with our Digital Banking platform. We have prepared these guides to help you set up Quicken. Please note that BFSFCU's Financial Institution ID, assigned by Intuit, is Bank-Fund Staff FCU New. Members may need to download the latest update from Quicken in order to connect via the new institution ID.

Special Note: At this time, we are unable to support the download of credit card transactions into Quicken.

Please note that Quicken software is provided by Intuit, a company not affiliated with BFSFCU. While the Credit Union makes a reasonable effort to provide connectivity and support for Quicken functionality as well as protection from unauthorized account access via Quicken software, use of the product is the responsibility of the individual user.
