Telephone Banking

The Credit Union's Voice Response system is an easy-to-use, menu-driven service that gives you 24-hour access to your Credit Union accounts through a touch-tone telephone.

With Voice Response, you can make confidential transactions and inquiries whenever it's convenient.

  • Hear your current balance, last transactions, cleared checks, and dividends earned 
  • Transfer loan payments, credit card payments, and savings deposits between your accounts
  • Make Line-of-Credit/Reserve advances

Start using Voice Response

To use Voice Response telephone banking, simply call (202) 212-6420 or 1-800-799-1555 U.S. toll-free (international toll-free lines are also available), press [1], and be ready to enter your:

  • Member Number
  • PIN*

Then simply follow the voice prompts (the voice prompts may be skipped when you become more familiar with the system).
