INTERNATIONAL MAIL DISRUPTION: BFSFCU mails statements, year-end tax forms and other account related information from the United States.
Due to the pandemic, the US Postal Service is unable deliver mail to certain international destinations. Please visit for more information.

To ensure you receive timely information about your account, BFSFCU encourages you to enroll in Digital Banking and sign up for eStatements (paperless delivery).

Our IMF HQ2 Branch is open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and our Express Branch,
ATM and Lending Center at 1725 I Street are also open to serve you in person from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Mon - Fri
***The IFC and MC Branches remain closed due to COVID-19 restrictions to our sponsor group facilities until further notice.***

We are excited to announce the reopening of our IMF Branch from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday). Our 1725 Express Branch location will remain open from
8:30 AM to 4:00 PM ( Monday - Friday). 

Appointments are recommended and you may schedule one here.

Please have identification with you. Your BFSFCU membership card, credit card or debit card is required for entry.

Digital Banking, ATMs, Telephone Banking and our Call Center remain available with full access and functionality to support members transacting remotely.

To ensure everyone’s safety, temperature checks will be conducted.

USPS International Mail Suspension and Your BFSFCU Monthly Statement

On May 1, the U.S. Postal Service temporarily suspended delivery of outgoing mail to more than 100 countries. As a result, members who receive printed statements or correspondence via international mail will not receive them as scheduled.
