Our Express Branch and Lending Center at 1725 I Street are open to serve you in person from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Appointments are required and can be scheduled online. All other branch lobbies remain temporarily closed until further notice.

USPS International Mail Suspension and Your BFSFCU Monthly Statement

On May 1, the U.S. Postal Service temporarily suspended delivery of outgoing mail to more than 100 countries. As a result, members who receive printed statements or correspondence via international mail will not receive them as scheduled. For the latest information from the U.S. Postal service, please view alerts and updates here.

Access your Credit Union statements anytime by enrolling in eStatements today!

Instead of receiving a paper statement in the mail each month, you will receive an e-mail letting you know that your eStatement is available. View or download your statement securely from within Digital Banking. Eliminating paper statements also reduces your risk of identity theft. Simply log in to Digital Banking, select the “Self Service” menu and click on the “eStatement Enrollment” link.

To view your BFSFCU account statements online, simply login to your Digital Banking.

Call us at 202-212-6400, write to us, or send us a secure message in Digital Banking, as soon as you can, if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transaction listed on the statement or receipt. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent or made available to you the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared.

If you wish to update your mailing address, simply log in to Digital Banking, select “Profile” from the menu and click on “Change Address”.


Digital Banking, ATMs, Telephone Banking and our Call Center remain available with full access and functionality to support members transacting remotely.

Our 1725 I Street NW location remains open to assist members with lending needs from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and pressing account transactions from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. by appointment only. Please book your appointment here.

Due to limited access at sponsor group facilities and to protect our members and staff, the Credit Union branches at MC, IMF, and IFC are temporarily closed.
