Our Express Branch and Lending Center at 1725 I Street are open to serve you in person from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Appointments are required and can be scheduled online. All other branch lobbies remain temporarily closed until further notice.

Alerts

 One of the exciting enhancements of our new Digital Banking is the ability to choose the notifications you want to receive. Receive alerts via email or text notifications on your desktop or mobile device.* 

Existing alerts from Online Banking have not been transferred to Digital Banking. You will have to reset your balance, transaction, and other account alerts and notifications.

 

NEW AND IMPROVED ALERTS

Our new Digital Banking includes the same alerts you have access to now and more, such as:

Account Balances
Deposits and Withdrawals
Fee activity
Incoming transfers

 
To enroll in Digital Banking Alerts, follow these simple steps:

1. Select Manage Alerts from the Quicklinks or Self Service menu.
2. Accept the terms and conditions.
3. You’ll need to enter the code sent to your email address to complete enrollment.

To select your Alerts:

1. Click Alerts > Manage Alerts and select Add Alert.
2. Choose your preferred Alerts for your selected accounts and click Submit!

To enable alerts via text messages and/or add additional email recipients:

1. Click Alerts > Manage Alerts and select Manage Recipients.
2. Add email addresses and/or mobile phone numbers.
3. You’ll need to enter the code sent to your email address/mobile phone number to complete enrollment.
