While in-person services have been reduced to our headquarters location at 1725 I Street, NW for lending needs and pressing account transactions (Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.), BFSFCU staff members are available remotely to support you. If you need in-person service, we highly encourage you to schedule an appointment. In addition to our Digital Banking system, our 24/7 Call Center, and access to over 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs, we now have BFSFCU Loan Officers and Branch Member Services Representatives available remotely with full access and functionality to support you. We are here for you!
As the health and safety of our members and employees continue to be our top priority, we have implemented many measures to maintain a safe environment, including:
