of Directors Candidates

In accordance with the Bylaws, members are elected to the Board of Directors by ballot submitted online or by mail. All members of the Credit Union who are at least 18 years of age by the date of the meeting are eligible to vote. Ballots will be counted prior to the Annual Meeting and the results will be announced at that meeting.

The election was conducted by mail ballot or by online ballot. Voting began on February 20, 2025 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time and ended on March 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

The 78th Annual Meeting of the Credit Union was held on April 2, 2025 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time. The meeting was a hybrid meeting held in-person at the IMF HQ2 Conf. Hall 2, 1900 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC and with online attendance via Zoom Webinar.
