My Card Rewards FAQ
Q. What are the redemption options with My Card Rewards?
A. You can redeem your points for travel, merchandise, gift cards, cash, charity donations, or even Pay with Points.
Q. How do I access My Card Rewards?
A. You will need to log in through Digital Banking and click on My Card Rewards under the Self-Service menu.
Q. When will I see my points?
A. Your points are accrued daily.
Q. Is there a cap on the total points I can earn?
A. There is no annual cap on points that can be earned.
Q. How long do points take to expire?
A. Points expire after five years.
Q. Do I need to enroll my BankFund Visa Debit Card in My Card Rewards to earn points?
A. Yes, to earn points on purchases made with your Debit Card, you will need to enroll in My Card Rewards program. To enroll, please complete the Debit Card Enrollment Form. There is a $19 charged annually.
Q. Can I redeem my points at a BankFund branch?
A. Our branch staff can assist you during the redemption process, but we aren’t available to
make the redemption on behalf of the members.

1 Points are now accrued and visible on My Cards Rewards daily. Points will typically show for members two to three days after the purchase date.
2 Visa Debit Cards need to be enrolled in My Card Rewards to qualify for rewards. To enroll, complete the Debit Card Enrollment Form and note the $19 annual fee.
3 Offer valid for new BankFund BEYOND Visa Signature (BEYOND) credit cardholders only. Current BEYOND cardholders are not eligible for bonus points offer. Account must be opened between May 1 and June 30, 2026. To be eligible for the 30,000 points offer, you must make $4,000 or more in net purchases within 90 days of account opening. Rewards are awarded based on net purchases. Net purchases are eligible purchases charged to your BEYOND card less rebates and other similar credits. Cash advances, traveler’s check purchases, balance transfers, fees, and interest charges are not eligible purchases. 20,000 bonus points will be posted to your rewards balance after meeting the net purchase criteria. The additional 10,000 bonus points will be posted by October 31, 2026. Account must be open and not in default at the time points are posted to your rewards balance. Limit of one promotional offer at account opening.
