Account-Related Information

Locating your Full Account Number

  1. Click on your account.
  2. Click on the Eye Icon next to your account number.
  3. Click on Show Full Account Number.

Where to Find

Request an Account Balance Letter

  1. Navigate to Tools & Services.
  2. Click on Submit a Secure Form.
  3. Select either Checking or Savings Account Reference Letter.

Locating your
Monthly Statement

  1. From the Accounts menu, click on Statements & Documents.
  2. Click on Account Statements.
  3. Find your monthly statement from the All Document Types drop-down menu.

  1. From the Accounts menu, click on Statements & Documents.
  2. Click on Tax Forms tab.
  3. Choose your tax document from the All Document Types drop-down menu.

Sending a
Secure Message

  1. From the Tools & Services menu, click on Secure Messages.
  2. Click on Compose button.

Receiving a
Secure Message

Notifications for unread Secure Messages will appear as a red notification on the mail icon on the upper right-hand side of the page.

Clicking on the mail icon will
allow you to navigate to the new message.

Setting up and
Managing Alerts

  1. From the Tools & Services menu, click on Account Alerts.
  2. Choose your account from the Selected Account drop down.
  3. Specify preferred alert types provided on the screen.

Changing your
Contact Information

  1. From the Tools & Services menu, click on Account Settings.
  2. Click on Contact Details tab.
  3. Update your contact information.

Ordering Checks

  1. From the Tools & Services menu, click on Check Services.
  2. Click on Reorder Checks tab and Order Checks.
  3. Choose your check design and submit the order.
