Adding an Authentication App as a
Multi-Factor Authentication Option

To follow these steps with a video tutorial, view the video below.

 

 

  1. From Digital Banking, click the Profile icon.

  2. Select Settings, then choose the Security tab.

  3. Find Authentication App and click View Details to access the QR code or setup key. You can manually enter the setup key.

  4. Open your preferred Authentication App on your mobile device and scan the code.

  5. Complete the setup in your authentication app. Once finished, the app will generate a six-digit code.

  6. Enter the six-digit code in Digital Banking and click Submit.

  7. To test the authentication method, select 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication).

  8. Enter the six-digit code displayed in your authentication app, then click Verify.
