How is the rebate* calculated?

Member rebates* can be calculated quite easily – just multiply the real estate agent’s commission on the sale price of the home by 20%. For example, if you are purchasing or selling a home for $400,000 and use an approved agent from the HomeAdvantage's network, then your rebate* would be $2,400 (example based on the assumption that the agent earned a 3% commission).

How can the rebate* be used?

Your rebate* can be used to reduce the overall cost of the home and closing costs, or taken as cash. You will receive your rebate at the close of escrow, once you complete a quality of service survey.
