Where can I find my
member number to enroll in the new Digital Banking?
Your member number can be found on the top right corner of your monthly statement available online or in paper (if you receive them by mail).

Do I still need the
BFSFCU Cards App?
Do I need to add my card
information in the new Digital Banking experience?
Yes, you'll need to add your card information before you can manage your cards in the new Digital Banking experience.
Will I need to set up my
recurring credit card payments again?
Yes, you will need to set up your recurring credit card payments in the new Digital Banking experience. You will also have the opportunity to review and reset your card alerts and controls, so everything is set up the way you want.
Money Movement Questions
Will my recurring
transfers between BankFund accounts continue in the new Digital Banking?
Will I need to
reschedule wires I set up in the old Digital Banking platform?

Yes, your established BillPayer payments will be available in the new Digital Banking experience.

What types of alerts can I set up in the

Will my current alerts carry over to the
new Digital Banking experience?
Your current transactional alerts will carry over to the new Digital Banking experience. Your card alerts will need to be set up after your first login. Once you log in, you’ll also be able to explore new alert options and choose the ones that are most helpful for you.
Financial Tools Questions
Will I have access to Quicken/QuickBooks in
the new Digital Banking?
Yes. Quicken and QuickBooks access will be available approximately a few days after launch.
What kind of budgeting tools will be
available in the new Digital Banking?

You'll need it the first time you log in to the new Digital Banking.
Find it in the top-right corner of your monthly statement.
Make sure your details are current before the new Digital Banking goes live.
How to update
- Log in to Digital Banking.
- Go to the Profile menu.
- Review your address, phone number,
and email.
